How does the free plan work?

With the free plan you can run 1 campaign and generate up to 10 leads per month for free. You also have the option to generate additional leads at $40 per lead thereafter.

How do I change plans?

Easily whether online or by calling us. Our plans have thresholds based on the number of leads, campaigns, and level of support you desire. Once you exceed your limit within a plan, you will be notified and can choose to upgrade your plan at the next billing cycle.

Seems almost too inexpensive, don't you think?

What happens when I switch back to the Free Plan?

Once you move back to the Free Plan you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you move to the Free Plan on the 24th, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again the next month.

What about extra leads?

There are no limits with LeadPAC! If you have chosen our Monthly Plan and don't want to cut off the flow of leads after you've reached your monthly number, you always have the option of continuing your campaigns on a convenient pay-per-lead basis. The cost for additional leads varies by plan level - details are in the table above!

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Absolutely not! There are no contracts, it's free to start, then pay-as-you-grow. Pay monthly, cancel anytime. There are no initiation fees, cancellation costs, license fees or any other hidden charges

You can cancel your account at any time by writing to us, and you will not be charged again.

How do I get a Refund?

We currently don't offer refunds. If you are not happy with your current plan you can switch to the free plan or request for your account to be cancelled.
